Refunds / Returns

Refunds requests need to be submitted before the shopping is conducted for cooler fulfillment. Often that is 7pm the night before delivery.

Inclement Weather

If there is inclement weather and the charters are not going out we will offer a full refund or reschedule based on your charter’s new date. If the boat leaves the marina, and the cooler is on the boat there will be no refund.

For beaches, if there weather really bad we will communicate with customers before shopping and offer refunds should we not be able to fulfill orders.
